The PSD3 Panel returns! Last year at Money 20/20 Europe we had a panel discussion “PSD3 – this time we mean business”, where the viewpoints from different parts of industry addressed the question “is PSD2 not for commerce”. With 2018 is the year of PSD2 in motion, have the viewpoints from the industry changed compared to last year? What would be the new points of discussions for PSD2, and if we were going to build PSD3, what would be their wish list? We will touch upon various topics such as possible fragmentation of local legislations within EU member states and worldwide, GDPR impact, ‘Planet of the APIs’, etc. and will hear from the panelists regarding the effectiveness of the intent behind PSD2 from their perspective, with the objective of driving input to the industry as well as the legislators for future legislation around a rapidly developed technology/market.
