Over the past 18 months Nordea has been playing the partnership field. Our efforts to partner up with FinTechs have revealed challenges and areas for improvement for us as an organisation that we must address if we are to ever be able to offer what our potential partners are looking for. Here we present some of the mistakes we do not want to make again and some tips based on the lessons learnt through our experiences of partnering up with FinTechs.
