Dorsum presents My Wealth, a brand new wealth management mobile app and a new approach to self-service and hybrid advisory. New generations, like millennials have different expectations for wealth management than traditional customers. They are more likely to use digital channels for banking and prefer new forms of communication, like real time chat.

My Wealth uses a persona-based approach to provide a unique user experience called “adaptive UX”. With this technology My Wealth offers a highly customized service for different kinds of customers based on their extended MiFID II user profiles and AI-based behaviour analytics.
