Despite being a global phenomenon, Open Banking is at different stages of the 'disruption cycle' in different markets. This session will share best practise findings from across markets and explore the initiatives set in motion to converge on a global standard. The fundamental building blocks of Open Banking all connect to the liability model, so how do we reduce risk, cost and complexity during implementation? Would a failure to impose standards lead to a frustration of the market facing objectives of PSD2? Does the market want to risk PSD3 imposing technology standards? How will the EU collaborate with other markets?
