Imran is a London-based Partner for EY in the Financial Services team and is their Global FinTech Leader. He advises many international financial services institutions on FinTech strategy and serves FinTechs directly helping them to scale up as effectively as possible. Also he advises governments and regulators on FinTech policy. Imran sat on the committee for the Open Banking Working Group and has advised the UK Parliament on FinTech on multiple occasions. He has led EY’s Global FinTech Adoption Index and a global benchmarking study on FinTech that was commissioned by HM Treasury. Outside of EY, he is the Co-founder and Chairman of CommuterClub, a start-up that featured in 2015’s FinTech 50.
