Josselin Hébert is the Head of Business Innovation & Digital Change at BGL BNP Paribas. BGL BNP Paribas is one of the largest banks in Luxembourg and part of the BNP Paribas Group.
He is in charge of designing and driving the future services of retail banking in Luxembourg and leading the culture change program. He aims at fostering incremental and disruptive innovation through collaboration with startups or other innovative actors, in order to reach excellency in customer and employee experience. After serving in consultancy companies, the engineer joined the General Inspection of the BNP Paribas Group in 2007 and occupied transversal positions in the Group. He moved to Luxembourg in 2017 to take his current position.
