Ms. Richdale is Senior Vice President at ID Quantique and Board Advisor at OneVisage. At ID Quantique, she is responsible for the Quantum Safe Security division which comprises quantum cryptography, quantum random number generation and network encryption solutions. She has been working in the security industry for 18 years, focusing on biometric, identity management, strong authentication, cryptography and network security solutions. Prior to ID Quantique Ms. Richdale held the role of Managing Director International Operations of Bioscrypt, the enterprise access division of L1 Identity Solutions (now Sagem-Safran). In 2001 she co-founded the company A4Vision, specialising in 3D face recognition, which was acquired by Bioscrypt in March 2007.

Ms. Richdale holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France), a degree in modern languages (Russian & German) from Cambridge University and a CISSP certification from (ISC)2. From 2015-2018 she was president of the board of (ISC)2 chapter Switzerland. She is advisory board of the EPFL’s EMBA course, and is a scientific board member and lecturer on biometrics at the University of Geneva. She is also a member of the Innovation Council of Innosuisse, the agency responsible for science-based innovation in Switzerland.
