3rd generation of the family owned and listed company (Etam Developpement), Laurent Milchior has followed economics degree in Dauphine in Paris, and then graduated a BA from EBS in London in 1998.
At this point he made a clear choice to follow the family business route rather than the world of finance in London.
In the UK, he started as sales assistant for 6 month, store manager for the same period, and then regional manager for one year. Following this, he took on responsibility for the digital aspect of the company starting from website to e-commerce, before taking the position of Sales Manager in Spain from 2002 to 2003.
He became CEO of Etam ready to wear from 2003 to 2008 and then co chairman of the group in charge of finance for 1 year. By the end of 2009, he was appointed CEO of Etam Group, excluding China, and then full responsibility including China since January 2014.
