Marcel Gerritsen is working for Rabobank as an Executive Vice President, and is a member of the Management Team, Corporate Banking, The Netherlands. He is responsible for Strategy & Innovation for the Dutch SME business. Rabobank is at the forefront of efficiency and innovation in the SME Lending space in the Netherlands, through concepts as ‘Rabo & Co’ (one of the first hybrid lending online marketplace platforms globally), ‘SME Lending in one day’, ‘ Lease in one minute’. Marcel joined Rabobank in 1998, and has held various roles in the international franchise of Rabobank (a.o. SVP Acquisition Finance, Global Head Project Finance) and the domestic franchise (Board of Rabobank Rotterdam). Marcel holds 2 Master Degrees in Economics and Financial Economics.
