Enterprise Bot is a young and aspiring AI startup transforming customer service interactions for enterprises in the insurance and banking sectors. Their core focus is in NLP (Natural Language Processing) through which they are able to understand the meaning and context of interactions, automate responses and take actions in several languages including English, German, French, Italian and Dutch. Their products include traditional customer facing chat bots as well as a more integrated email classification engine that analyses incoming emails and dispatches them to the correct department automatically. Enterprise Bot has also built a sophisticated recommendation engine that can make suggestions based on analysis of user trends and characteristics. Their value proposition to their clients is increased operational efficiency through FTE reduction and better resource time management as well as increased customer satisfaction and engagement through fast and precise automated answers. Their clientele is comprised of Tier 1 European companies including the SIX Group, AfterPay (an Arvato company) and Generali Switzerland. In one of their case studies, within two months of going live 24% of the clients customers chose to interact with the Enterprise Bot chatbot rather than any other channel such as phone or email. Enterprise Bot is able to handle these queries at an average accuracy of 85% with days where the bot was as accurate as 95%! In cases where the bot is unable to answer the query or where the client has requested for human interaction, Enterprise Bot is able to either connect with an existing live chat system or use their own hybrid chat whereby the query is directly and seamlessly transferred to a live agent with the context and transcripts of the chat.
