Terry is a regular conference speaker on topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Product Management and Customer Experience. He is fuelled by the belief that the right combination of insight, technology and customer experience can really change the way we go about our daily lives and is excited by developing ground breaking solutions that will influence the way we behave and interact now and in the future.

In his current role as Head of Product Management, Applied Science for Group Transformation at Lloyds Bank, Terry and his team are on a mission to pair smart machines (using the power of AI, Machine Learning and Cognitive Computing) with smart people to transform the way we will bank in the future.

Terry is passionate about Digital, Product Management, Innovation and Design with over 20 years Product Management experience in designing and building products and mobilising product teams in telecoms, government and banking sectors.
